How to use the Ticket System

Ticket System Guide

The aim of this guide is to help users with our Ticket System.

1. First, go to http://support.katsuro.us, then select Contact Support between menu options;



2. Choose a category



» Choosing the option Payment the ticket will be directly sent to GamePay staff without crossing game or board team. So, be sure to contact they in English or German.

3. (if you choose Game) Remember always to select the proper server. Any non-general ticket without specified server could be ignored!



Look at all fields:
  • Nickname: your nickname on the selected server;
  • Email address: the email address used in your account;
  • Repeat email address: email confirmation;
  • Subject: look at how to fill a ticket;
  • Description of your problem: look at how to fill a ticket;
  • Attachments: use this field to upload pictures (i.e. Bashing limit exceeded).
4. Ticket history: how to check tickets replies.
  • Log into your email box (of course, the one you used to sent us your ticket); you'll receive a mail by noreply[at]gameforge.de (do not send mail to this address, nobody reads its box) like this one:


  • Key and Checksum ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checksum ) values are needed to read any reply received: be sure to never lost the email!

  • Click on Ticket History link in the mail; otherwise in the main page of the TS select the same voice

    and insert the requested infos.

How to fill a ticket

To improve ticket utility, would be nice if anyone would use the following modules always. Thank you.

  • Bashing
    • Subject: X received more than 3 attacks from Y
    • Description of your problem:
      - How many attacks did you received:
      - Attacker:
      - Screenshot required.

      X is your nickname and Y the nickname of your attacker.


  • Account Exchange
    • Subject: X gives his account to Y
    • Description of your problem:
      - Old owner's nickname:
      - New owner's email:
      - Any comment:

      Replace X with the nickname of who gives the account, and Y with the nickname of who'll receive the account. Before to exchange, wait for GO's reply.

      » Remember to change account password BEFORE to contact the support.
      » If X wants to give his account to Y, and Y its one to X, there must be sent two tickets.


  • IP share
    • Subject: X shares his IP with Y,Z,etc.
    • Description of your problem:
      - Nicknames of all interested:
      - Which kind of connection is shared: home, office/workplace
      - Any description:
      - Any other connection not shared:

      X is the nick of who writes the ticket, Y,Z, ecc are the nickname of all interested in the IP share.


  • Ban Complaint
    • Subject: X is complaining his ban
    • Description of your problem: no particular model requested (but specify which ban you received).

      X is your name of course.


  • General comunication
    • Subject: no particular model requested.
    • Description of your problem: no particular model requested.
